I'm not bashing Honeycomb, they make a great Yoke!  (I only own the Alpha Yoke)  I'm sure they are busy with shortages and covid.

I have a small issue and I contacted them about a solution.  They responded 3 days after the initial contact with a agreeable solution... but have since gone dark. I think we're going on 3+ weeks now.

Anyone else having this experience?

I didn't see an edit button on my original post, so I'll reply to my own post!  Honeycomb stepped up and all good.  Outstanding company.

Back to Honeycomb going dark.   Not replying to emails. open ticket, phone call.  Anyone else experiencing this?
