When I start  up my new Twin Otter everything on the panel works as it should. EXCEPT, the center panel which contains the the GPS, radio and autopilot. Is there a secret switch somewhere?

Avionics switch down by your left knee.

Can you be more definitive? The only switches I see are the test switches under the red safety covers.
