Getting stuttering in SP1

Especially in view modes, and the cars on the road are stuttering too. The fps have gone up but that's nothing but a number when the plane is stuttering every 2 seconds.I've done [JOBSCHEDULER]AffinityMask=3as I have an Intel Centrino Duo system - or should n be 2?bandwidth_mult is at 40 as per instructions.Please help. If the stuttering can't be eradicated I'll have to deinstall the sp1, as it's not worth it just for supposed fps increase. But kudos to aces for seemingly satisfying many though.
