graphics of Piper Cup

Guys, I seem to have a graphical problem. Whenever I use the Piper cup and I look from the outside, the plane is in light blue, with basically no graphics at all. Although I haven't checked all planes yet, so far this seems to be the only one affected.Since it is impossible for me to reinstall FSX without reinstalling absolutely everything on my pc (the patch MS provided does not work on my pc for an unknown reason), I don't want to do that.Does anyone know why this may happen, and what I can do to fix it?
