How can I add flaperons

Hello devs. I wanted to ask if there is any way I could add aileron droop to an aircraft when the flaps are extended and when the aircraft is parked. I've seen project airbus and many other freeware models do it but I want to know how to add it to my own aircrafts. Any help is appreciated.
