Have been having all sorts of sound problems - broken ATC, loooping sounds, no sounds in payware planes etc.*Finally* fixed it - I had installed the Audio Compression Manager drivers a little while ago to circumvent loss of desktop sounds in XP. Running a repair killed the ACM and fixed everything. Must have been conflicting with DirectShow.Hopefully no one else is as clumsy as me but thought I would post this just in case ;-)
