Flight Simulator FLT and WX files

Hi all,I would like to know if someone knows if it possible to create a FLT file ( Flight Simulator Saved file) outside the simulator??is there a tool inside the FS or SDK tool for this kind of method?? or something else?I know there must be a way because there is third party softwares that creates such a files (flight planners)Maybe it one the DLL's that come with the FS itself?in the FS2004 I found a DLL "FLIGHT.DLL" when I open it with VS I see the flight planner. it can be that?I will be more than glad if someone can give me some direction.Thanks
