FSCUIP fof FSX

Featured Replies

I downloaded a 'FSX BAE Harrier FA2 Royal Navy' pack that is supposed to work in FSX but there is no VTOL function like the similar pack in FS2004 has. The readme says;"please note, in order for this harrier to work correctly, you must have a copy of FSCUIP installed [registered or unregistered]"I'm not sure this is referring to the VTOL characteristic but perhaps.I thought I saw a message somewhere about a version of FSCUIP needed for FSX. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this? Thanks

If it requires FSUIPC, you can get it from here:http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmlYou need version 4.10 or later for use with FSX SP1. Be sure to check the support forums first on that page though, as Pete Dowson, the author, has made several bug fixes to it since SP1 came out. It's an extremely useful utility and worth paying for. The free version should be enough to get your harrier working though.Best of luck.
