thrustmaster throttles

Hello,
 I would like to know if anyone knows how to program the hdg, ias and altitude selector in the thrustmaster throttles.
 I would like to use them with the pmdg 737 ngxu so that selecting ias and turning the small selector sets the cruising altitude, while placing the large selector on hdg turning the small selector sets the landing altitude.
 In practice, having a different function of the smaller central selector depending on the position set on the large selector.

I forgot to point out that I am referring to the altitudes of the booth pressurization panel.
