installing GTN750 xi trainer fails.

Hello,  when I open "Garmin Aviation Trainer" advisories says that GTN xi (v20.01) must be downloaded.

When I try so I get time after time an error. It mention a secure channel failure , ssl/tls. (internet problem)

And the trainer does not install. I tried also data base setup msi cab 1-8. But that also does not work for me.

The GTN750 frame stays empty in the A2A skylane. 

Whats wrong?   Please can you help me ?
