July 26, 20223 yr Author Hello, This is impractical to design a panel that's one fit for all, hence i will move this design to a single host unit onto which we can plugin various extra instruments and control panels, hence a host device and accessories wired onto it. The host handles com from/to X-Plane, and the devices connect through a common i2c or likewise bus which can handle a largely sufficient number of devices. I intend to post a preliminary schematic in august with a host and a switches client device (flight controls and electrical switches panel). Schematic principle The core will be hosted by a Beagleboard (or Raspberry Pi) in a small package box which will be connected to other devices.
