Whenever i add a repaint i do it just how i am suppose to copy the texture folder into the correct aircraft folder and i edit the aircraft.cfg file. The aircraft usually shows up on the menu but when i click on it fsx freezes for like a minute it comes up with an error message that says fsx incountered a problem and needs to close. Can someone please help me. This jst happened to me with the 747sp Airtran and 747-400 Southwest... Please Help :-( i am hoping that someone else has had this same issue and found out how to solve it or if someone knows how to solve it and could maybe tell me...

nobody will be able to help you like this. post the exact names of folders, and the text you edit in the aircraft.cfg files. you are doing something wrong for sure.
