VRP five letter code list

I am looking for a complete list of all the five letter codes for VRPs used in the GTN 750, which are made up of the last two letters of the ICAO airport code, plus (most usually) the first three letters of the VRP  - for example the VRP Arthurs Seat near Edinburgh airport is PHART, the VRP Sunderland Harbour near Newcastle airport is NTSUN.

Mostly I am able to work these out, but it would be good to have a complete list. Anyone know where I can find them?
