GTN750 can't see tfc on map/tcas (IVAO)

Hello guys,

After formatting my windows and installing again my x-plane 11 and putting the GTN750, I am not able to visualize the traffic in TCAS nor in the map of the GTN, being that in the TCAS of IVAO I can see.

I've seen in some forums to disable the option "Use Simulator AI Traffic Count", but I haven't had success in the same way.

Could someone help me?
