July 11, 200718 yr I just picked up a new computer, I noticed it is partitioned into two 256GB drives (not sure if its one HD split into two or two HD's yet lol). Am I better off installing FSX to the main HD or the secondary one? I'm assuming if it's partitioned it won't make a difference. Any idea how to check to see if it's indeed two separate physical hard drives without taking the case apart?
July 12, 200718 yr Hi,My Computer/Properties/Hardware/Device Manager and then look under Disk Drives. Also your BIOS setup screen will tell you.Edit: I suggest installing all FS stuff to it's own HD/partition.Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
July 12, 200718 yr Thanks Jim.It is one single hard drive but I'll still throw it all on it's on drive. Keeps it organized. Guess with the new system I'll have to pick up the new Activesky.
