Problem Installing SDK 0.20.5.0

When I try to update to the latest SDK (0.20.5.0) I receive the following error message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'MSFS_SDK_Core_Installer_0.19.3.0.msi' in the box below."

However, I can't find MSFS_SDK_Core_Installer_0.19.3.0.msi.

Is there a simple solution I am missing.
