On 11/29 I tried to purchase RealityXP's GTN650 for X-Plane.  The convoluted purchase process didn't work, and per the RealityXP website I reached out via PM here for help. And....crickets.  If they can't respond to someone who wants to give them money, what's the after-sale support like?  Are there competitive products with better support?
