Addon scenery not in FSX menu

I loaded CUBA which works fine on FSX addon scenery. When I loaded Phoenix Arizona and Puerto Rico, following the instructions, for some reason they don't show up on the addon scenery menue. The only thing I notice that is different about Cuba is that there are files on the FSX terrain folder as well as the files in the FSX addon Scenery folder. The Arizona and Puerto Rico addon scenery, I just put into the FSX addon scenery menu where each folder has a scenery and texture folder just like Cuba. Anyone got any ideas?
