MSFS BAE146 Missing Sids and Stars in FMS ?

Hi, I have the BAE146 for both MSFS2020 and X-plane.
However when using the version for MSFS2020, I have experienced a issuie with flight planning Sids and Stars.

I planned a flight using simbrief from EGSH TO EIDW simbrief planned the flight as shown below, i just added a couple more wpts.
EGSH/09 N0412F280 DCT RIKPU DCT SORER DCT BAGPA DCT DOLAS DCT OTBED Y70 GOLES UL975 DESIG UL70 GUNTU Z196 LELDO M145 BAGSO BAGS3L EIDW/28R.
In MSFS 2020 BAE146 airac cycle states Airac 23Mar23 to 19Apr23 same as simbrief. I upload the flp via the tablet and all shows correct. Both simbrief and the BAE146 FMS cycles are the same period. However I am missing the Star for BAGS3L on fms, only one showing is BAGS1K. If I select the approach runway 28R as in simbrief I only get option of STARS NONE. I have also installed Navigraph Navdata Center App to update airrac.
Has anyone come accross this issuie and managed to resolve it.
