Black screen after updating my system

The rxp 750 screen turned black after I updated my system, I've tried reinstalling the plugin and the garmin trainer but still no hope.

I'm using xp11.55 vulkan, the screen remained black in opengl
here is the log

after not running x-plane as admin the screen is still black
