Reinstalled on new computer - now 650 greyed out

I have updated my computer from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro by doing a clean install.
After going through all the trouble researching, downloading, ticket-submitting, etc. I was finally able to get RXP's GTN 750 to work, but...
I must have missed a step because the smaller 625, 635 and 650 choices in the plugin dropdown are now greyed out.

The 750 is fine. the smaller navigator is greyed out. 

They used to work fine... What did I miss.
