Did Plane Design fold up???

These guys "promised" in two different publications, both the avsim review, and the I believe PC Pilot, that they would be releasing an FSX update to their spitfire. I sent them en email a few weeks ago asking if they still planned to do the update, and they never responded to me. Are these guys still standing behind thier products and thier promises, or just selling them with no support?
