March 21, 20242 yr This issue happen a while ago and I just quit using the product. I am not training in real life in a plane with the GTN650 and would like to be able to chair fly in my sim. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. it keeps saying I have an update but when I update it it says its the most current update. The 650 will open in xplane 12 and a msg flashes that software is expired contact vendor. I searched how to contact the vendor and now I am here. after 4-5 minutes the gtn screen goes fuzzy and says software outdated or expired. I tried to find an email from buying it but that was back in 2021. I noticed that my account on here was made inactive as well. I created this account just to ask for help. My other account is the same without the 1. Can someone please help me figure this out.
