Blurry airport textures

Hi,

Recently I have noticed that airport become blurry with a some increase in altitude above the ground. I'm almost sure it wasn't so visible before -  looks like mipmapping (or something) doesn't work enough. The attached screenshot was taken with the following settings:

AntiAliasing TAA

anisotropic filtering x16

texture supersampling 8x8

TLOD 150

texture resolution ultra

All settings seems fine, but picture is ugly...
