What's the second fsx.cfg file for?

I've got two fsx.cfg files. One is listed as a CFG file, with the cfg icon, and the other is listed as a text document, with a notepad icon. What's the deal with the second one?

It's created if the application crashes. Part of the info that getssent to Microsoft when the error message comes up. The txt file.You can delete it.
