Grumman Goose Exterior Lighting

Recommended Posts

Guest nickle

The reason exterior lighting is screwed up is due to a programming or compilation error. Not going to be fixed in the CFG file.To get exterior lights, turn on all exterior light switches. Must have the "landing" light on to turn on other nav lights. "Landing" light is actually the taxi light mounted left side wing underside retractable. The actual landing lights are mounted just outside the engines wing leading edge. They are on but red rt wing and green left wing. Landing light switch on/off makes no diff. In CFG [Lights], .5 is shown as Beacon. Change fx_beacon to fx_beaconh for brighter lights (observation). Check the setup using Dawn where you can see the a/c. If the views get screwed up, open View and Close Window. Duplicate windows are sometimes shown. Reset will fix the problem if Close Window, recycle to VC and back doesn't.
