August 20, 20241 yr I'm running the final version of P3D 4.5. I have found that (to my taste) the "sprite" type of effects are significantly overblown / exaggerated even at the medium setting, let alone the high setting. The exceptions are smoke from chimney where to my taste something between low and medium would look realistic but since medium looks too much to me I have settled for Low. On the other hand, when I turn the effects down to Low, I lose the effects of any waves washing to shorelines. I could either spend many hours going through every single effect I suppose and learning how to "turn them down" so that they look just a bit better than the current Low at Medium but I thought it would be drastically easier and massively expedited (if it were possible) to simply make the shoreline waves appear when the slider is at Low. Is there any way to do this? Thanks
August 20, 20241 yr I suggest you try the Flight Sim Jewels oceanic hues. Those ones really give realism to the wash wave effects. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_78yNYNOhX6MPVrxbWjjMqPjGsL5_0Ch/view?usp=sharing
