My friend just purchased FSX Deluxe. It installed fine and runs well but for some reason he simply cannot activate it. It just says activation was unsuccessful. If he tries the phone option he gets another error message stating that he should repair or re-install FSX. Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
