Is it possible to add ATIS to an airport addon?

I downloaded the SBVT airport addon and realized that there was no ATIS!
I contacted the developer, but he did not respond.
So COM2, MSFS2020 GPS, Little Nav Map, etc. do not recognize it (Freq. 127,575)... Is it possible to add this ATIS?
