Static Aircraft

Folks...In FS9 I was able to populate my airports with aircraft by writing a flight plan that had the AC of my choice gone from the airport for only an hour or two a week. Thus, they sat around 99% of the time being about as static as you could want. I can't seem to do the same thing in FSX. I have converted a couple of FS9 flight plans to FSX format using AIFPC, but no aircraft show up. I guess there's something I'm not aware of, or some secret about FSX AI that I don't know. Please somebody clue me in.Best to allJim
