Another "I cant re-start the plane" sigh..DC-3

As per the title, I'm either just not doing things right or this is a bit broken?

I land, shut things off, only to not being able to fire engines back up.

Tried the easy ways with ctrl-e and a few other things but no success.

If it's just me, I'll do dome more reading and research. If it is the game, I merrily fly on to other planes for a bit.
