Problem with Thrustmaster Hotas 4 and FS2024 keys assignment

Hi

When setting u my Hotas 4 in the sim there is no picture of the controller on the right of the screen so there are no default keys assignments. Videos with other sticks show a picture and all keys assigned to defaults.  Last week, just on one day, my Hotas 4 had the picture and all the assignments, great I thought and started making my own defaults. but the next day, and ever since, it has disappeared. 

If it worked once why not now. Any ideas please.
