XP12 - GTN750 will not install

Featured Replies

Trying for days now and it is not working.

After some troubles the RXP installer finally installed but the required Garmindownload for the Trainer does not work always returning a 404 - Not found error.

Dowload of the Database and the Launcher including the update for the Launcehr worked with out troubles.

Tried with some of the other training modules but all result in the sam 404 error - even with no active firewall

Getting really nuts now for this misinvest and wasted money with no respones from RXP at all and
Garmin with just a notification for 4 days now it's been forwarded but no updates.

Garmin Support dropped me a reply that their webservers at present are not serving the Trainers for the downloads. The are aware however no estimate on the time of fix.
Kindly thy provided the link to the GTN offline installers.
Could download the GTN 750 then and install but alas ....
RXP or Garmin didnt like the installation to be anywhere else but in the default location it seems as it installed he offline installer of the GTN750 on the C Drive and not the SSD the Trainer and database was installed to.
So uninstalled all cleared any path from the registry and installed trainers and rxps 750 anew to the default locations.
When getting in my Thranda ACs though with the GTN Panels active it still fails to load and even the GTN Window does not show up.
The Logfile shows:

and when trying to deactivate the GTN XP12 gets into the loop of death forcing to kill the process.
After restart I can disable it again though..

OC this does not solve the problem to get it running.

For an addon producer with an appearantly good reputation it is quite disappointing not even getting a reply within almost a month now

and taking money for a non working product.

Pretty disappointed.
