Running XPlane-12, GTN750 stuck on black screen "Rebooting"

Hello,

I've been searching this topic for awhile and I see a lot of posts related to this however I'm not having much luck trying solutions suggested in other posts so I wanted to share my setup.

I've been running XPlane-12 with the Cessna 172 and Cessna Citation X (both that just come with the game). 

My 650 works correctly, but I cannot get the 750 to show anything but a black  screen that says "Rebooting".

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Trainer
Tried reinstalling GTN 750

I have checked to see that nothing is being quarantined by my windows defender. 


Garmin Trainer
Installed Version: 3.8.2.0
Update Version: 3.8.4.0
GTN(v6.62) Installed 6.62.4.0

If I try to install GTN (v6.70) (Available Version 6.70.29.0), I get this error:
