View new - can I set default to lower left?

Whenever I choose the View / New option the window always comes up at the top left of my screen. Yes, I can drag it of course but I would like that window to appear at the bottom left of the screen by default all the time. I realise I can save a flight scenario with a window opened and manually re-positioned to the bottom left, however as soon as I close that window and go to open it again, it goes back to its default top left position.

I cannot find any specific entries either in the prepar3D config file nor any of the .xml files that would facilitate this permanent change to the default position from top-left to bottom left but surely there has to be some way to do it.

Is there a way I can do this rather than having to keep dragging it every single time I open it?
