A new Lockheed L-188 Electra for FSX is being built by Flight Simulations & Design Team. Browse near the bottom or middle of the page to see it. The author made a typo and called it a 101 but should be an L-188 Electra. I have been waiting for a build like this for at least a year or so. http://www.simviation.com/fsnd/menu.html
