Cockpit camera in Horizon A330 is outside the plane

Hello, 

My Horizoin 339 default starting cockpit camera is outside the plane.

When I do Ctrl+1 , 2, .. etc it works. I tried moving manually to the place I would like and doing Ctrl+F10, pressing the F, pressing Space, Ctrl+ Space... nothing works, I cannot get back inside the plane.

Is there a way to reset all cameras to default?
