Cessna 172 G1000 screens blacking out after a few minutes

Featured Replies

I am popping the virtual pfd/mfd out to dock into physical g1000 panels. The virtual panels go dark usually after 5 minutes or so, and then so do the docked panels as the feed is lost.  I have tried NXI g1000 version, panel manager, turning off various setting and clearing any possible conflicting bindings in the honeycomb throttle quadrant, trying live weather, turning off cache and photogemetry, but problem persists.

I have heard of a similar bug so just wondering if anybody knows what the fix was if any?

UPDATE:  it turns out it was the default bindings on the Yoke...clearing them fixed the issue. 🙂
