Panning issues...

Well, I was flying a JAL 747-400 from RJAA - KLAX, and when I panned using the Num Keys in locked spot (with num lock off of course), I pressed a key accidentally, and now, I can't lock the forward or sideways view when I press Num 5 + Num 4/8/6. The side pan controls (Num 4 and 6) now have the same actions as the diagonal-sideways-up pan (Num 7 and 9 respectively). I've used FSX for almost 2 years and have never come across this, and I searched the controls list and it doesn't even mention the num keys. Does anyone know how I can get it back? Thanks in advance.
