problems loading map enhancer

I have checked the file system and as far I am can see I have given access to everything, full access. I am running as admin but always get the error as in this screenshot. Any ideas ? will not let me add the link for picture for some reason but it basically says:

windows systom32 host folder access is denied. I have gone in to this folder and on security have given full access to all.
