I have noticed recently that when I move my mouse in the virtual cockpit the pop-up text is all blacked out. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I have seen an issue that is remotely like yours: by turning off the pilot voices, that also turns off some of the text. But the text isn't blacked out, it's just turned off.You can try updating your video drivers, and make sure that your Windows installation is up-to-date. You can remove your FSX.cfg file and let the sim re-build a new one. Those are just general trouble-shooting tips.
