November 16, 200817 yr Does anyone know whats wrong with my scenery, all of the sudden I had this splash appear on FSX boot-up. I can run free-flight with scenery, but I get fatal error's when I log into a multiplayer session. I already deleted my logbook.bin, but havent tried anything else. Does anyone know what this problem is, or how to fix it?THANKS!!!!!!!!
November 16, 200817 yr I would check the scenery.cfg and make sure there's no corruption (Layers/Areas in numerical sequence). Not sure what scenery SPLA represents but that's an indicator there's something wrong with that. Your dll.xml may be corrupted too.Jim
November 16, 200817 yr Hi,If your scenery.cfg file is messed up you could try to repair it with FSTscenery.exe, which is a very nice tool for FS built by Steve Greenwood. You can download the tool from here:http://home.earthlink.net/~smgreenwood/resources-g.shtmlJust click the link "Utility to sort and renumber scenery.cfg layers". Instructions how to use it in readme file.Ulf BCore2Duo X6800 3.3GHz4GB RAM Corsair XMS2-8500C5BFG 8800GTX, Creative SB X-FiFSX Acc/SP2, Vista 32
