September 28, 2025Sep 28 Hey everyone, I wanted to share a project I’ve been working on for the flight sim community: FlightLinq. It’s a Virtual Airline Manager + ACARS system designed to make managing or flying in a VA much easier. A quick rundown of what it can do now: Fleet & Route Management – set up your VA’s aircraft, hubs, and routes Real-Time Flight Tracking – ACARS integration for MSFS2020/2024 Pilot Ranks & PIREPs – approve flights, track performance, and build progression Events System – organize group flights and airline activities Discord Integration – notifications for flights, promotions, and achievements More features planned in the near future.... The idea is to give both VA admins and pilots a modern, easy-to-use platform. Think of it as a central hub for managing and flying in multiple airlines (similar to joining multiple servers in Discord). We’re currently in open beta, and I’d love feedback from fellow simmers: What features would make this most useful for your VA? Any pain points with current VA systems you’d like solved? Check it out here: https://flightlinq.com Looking forward to hearing what you think! --Jacob
October 26, 2025Oct 26 Author This week we created a really cool feature to FlightLinq Airline Manager: You can now create routes directly from the map and book multi-leg circuits — perfect for regional hops, cargo runs, or scenic tours that loop through multiple destinations. See my west coast city hops in the screenshot. What’s new: Interactive map lets you visually create new routes for your airline. You can now link multiple legs together to form a single circuit — plan a full route chain and fly them back-to-back. Each leg tracks individually in your logs, so your hours and stats still count per flight. Circuits can be public routes or event-based, giving admins a powerful new tool for designing tours. This update makes planning flights feel more immersive — just click, connect, and fly. Check it out now in the latest beta build and tell us what circuits you’ve created! 👉 flightlinq.com
