engine problems with the Dornier 228, and the JetStream

Hi, i was the one that uploaded the Usair Express in the Dornier 228, but for some reason i cant get it to move, even with engines at full throttle?..so does anybody have a clue of what the problem is?I get the same problem with the JetStream 41 i downloaded 2? Thanks Matt
