i use photoline 32 graphics editor which is more like photoshop than anything else (can't afford ps pro). the textures on my model do not show up in fs2002...there must be something i'm missimg. in fsds the textures look great...they just don't show up in fs2002. i'm fairly close to my wits end...any help greatly appreciated.

Be sure they are 8 bit, 16 bit extended or 32 bit. 24 bit images don't work in FS.

In addition to Firestriker's comments, I've had the same problem when I've been distracted and kind of "forgotten" to copy the textures to the correct "textures" sub-folder in the the FS2k2/2k2 aircraft.Another rule of thumb is that I avoid having spaces in texture names... "my_texture.bmp" is fine, "my texture.bmp" can cause problems.Hope this helps
