June 14, 200223 yr Here is the problem. I need to add these missing polygons. My current method is to use splines to fill the holes and then convert to mesh. I join them to the fuselage and hit autosmooth, but they never smooth correctly. How does everyone else do this? Earl
June 15, 200223 yr Hi Earl,Maybe try selecting the polygon of the window, applying a "Divide" effect to it, and then moving the central vertex around till you get it angled right? Then "Meshsmooth" it.Rotorhead.
June 15, 200223 yr Select the part you want to add polys to. Select Modify mode and poly as sub-object, then click on CREATE and connect the dots three at a time moving counter-clockwise. It's so easy the FBI and CIA could do it...LOL!!!
June 15, 200223 yr I thought that's what he was originally doing that he was not getting results with! Oops.. thought he was having trouble getting a polygon.
