How do you insert pictures into textures in MS paint or is Paintshop or photoshop? Help please.

Why can't you just cut and paste the picture?

Not sure what you mean, but you could open the picture as a jpg or whatever file, then trim it to 256x256 or some multiple of that, reduce the colors to 8 bit, than save it as a bmp file.John Woodward

I meant, how could i insert logos into pictures? Like united or american or ...?
