Greetings, I have an XML gauge and associated effect working undercertain conditions: also, I want the effect to only occurduring "night", "dusk", or "dawn". That is to say, anytimebut "day", referencing "local" time. I could have the gaugetest for "local_time", but that doesn't allow for seasonalvariation in the beginning time of "dusk" etc...Any ideas are appreciated:)JR

I would also be interrested in an xml "formula" as well, that ultimately finds the suns approximate altitude based on aircraft position, time of day, and day of year.So far, I have to resort to the panel light switch.
