October 30, 200223 yr Hi,Here's a simple step by step to keep your mirroring hassel free...maybe.First select all the objects you want mirrored...Then select the move tool and hold down -Shift-. drag...when its in position just release the mouse button.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dc0534821cb247b.jpgNow you have a clone, we need to flip it 180*, by type in or with the rotate tool.Go to the top view and you can see it needs to be mirrored. Add a mirror modifier to the stack.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dc0545a25706e7f.jpgnow just click away until you get the orientation that you need.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dc054e8276ba96d.jpghttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dc0553528747a02.jpgHope this make life a little easier.

This apparently was the 'missing step' I needed to follow...>Go to the top view and you can see it needs to be mirrored. >Add a mirror modifier to the stack. ...because I am wanting to mirror the rotated copy, not the original!THANK YOU!!!
October 30, 200223 yr I would also suggest a "clone in place" by using Edit -> clone and then applying the mirror modifier to the cloned part, after which it can be moved to place with the spinners/etc.Another mini-toot for my files...Felix/FFDSPegasus Aviation Design
