November 2, 200223 yr I've been using DXTbmp to assist in repainting aircraft textures and have noticed that each time I editsave the file it increasingly adds shades of green to everything. Anyone else using this tool have this problem?

Hmmm... now that you mention it, yes. I've wondered where some very, very light green is coming from on some of my textures, particularly the flaps and ailerons!I'll have to try Imagetool to see what happens...
November 3, 200223 yr DXT1/DXT3 are not lossless compression formats. You'll see compression artifacts, just like you do with JPG files. If it's causing a problem, try 16 bit (444) for daytime or 16 bit (555) for night textures (where colorkey alpha is enough), and if that's still not good enough, use 32-bit format.Matt
